Cancellation policy

How to cancel

Sign in, open Account → Manage billing, and click Cancel subscription. That's it. Your cancellation is effective immediately in our system. You'll receive an email confirmation.

During your free trial

Cancel any time before your 30-day trial ends and you will not be charged. We'll email you at day 25 and again the day before your trial ends, so you have a clear heads-up — never a surprise charge.

If you've already paid

You keep full access for the rest of your paid billing period. When it ends, your subscription simply stops renewing.

We do not issue refunds or prorated refunds for the current month. In exchange, you get the entire remainder of the period you paid for — no rushed cutoff, no lockout.

Emails while you're a member

We send a short welcome sequence and a couple of clear trial-ending reminders so nothing sneaks up on you. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. Billing and trial-ending notices always go through, because they protect you.

Please add our sender address to your contacts and check your spam or promotions folder the first time — our trial-ending reminder is the email that tells you when to cancel if you want to.
