Terms of Service

Brook is a content-creation assistant. It helps you draft, score, and organise social and email content, and it can expose approved drafts to a scheduling tool you connect yourself.

Brook does not post on your behalf and has no built-in auto scheduler. Publishing happens when you copy a draft to a platform, or when a third-party scheduler you control picks it up from your feed link.

Brook uses AI. Output may be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable for your situation. Readiness scores, keyword suggestions, and compliance/FTC checks are automated signals, not legal, financial, medical, tax, or professional advice, and not a guarantee that a post is lawful or will perform.

You are the publisher. You must review, fact-check, and take responsibility for everything you publish, including disclosures, claims, and any regulated statements.

Brook is not a crisis, medical, or mental-health service. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact your local emergency number, or in the US call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

• New accounts get a free trial. We collect card details at checkout, but your card is not charged during the trial.
• At the end of the trial the subscription starts automatically at the price shown at checkout, and renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• We email you a reminder before your trial converts and before each renewal charge, including the amount, the date, and how to cancel.
• Founding-member pricing, when locked to your account, stays at that rate while your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
• Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.

You can cancel at any time from Settings in one click — the same number of steps it took to subscribe, with no phone call, no retention hoops, and no email required. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law. See the cancellation policy for detail.

You own the content you enter and the drafts you generate. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and transmit that content to operate Brook (including sending it to AI providers to produce output). AI output may not be unique — similar output can be generated for other users.

You agree not to use Brook to create or distribute:

• false or fabricated testimonials, reviews, or results;
• unsubstantiated income, health, or performance claims, or content that omits required advertising disclosures;
• content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• spam, or messages to people who did not consent to receive them.

You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform you post to and with advertising law in your market (including the FTC Endorsement Guides in the US). We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

Any testimonial or result we publish is from a real, identified user and is shown with their permission. Individual results vary and are not typical or guaranteed. We make no earnings claims.

Brook is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown & Co. Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to account holders and reflected in the date above. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update. Questions: hello@crownandcomarketing.com.
